DRONES
NEW TECHNOLOGIES HAVE WINGS

Drones were honored at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES),
the most important trade fair dedicated to technological innovation, held in Las
Vegas from January 6 to 9, 2016 2,300 square meters were thus dedicated
just to these small connected objects.
Various drones were exhibited during this 2016 edition,
including the Disco flying wing of the French Parrot which has a stabilized
camera at the front allowing the user to take advantage of the filmed route,
the Belgian Flayer who put in point a harmless drone that can be used without
danger thanks to its propeller enclosed in a round protective shell, or even
the Chinese DJI who installed an ultra-high definition camera on his Phantom 3
drone.
Chinese Drones :-

But the one who made the most of him was undoubtedly the drone taxi of the Chinese Ehang, a drone which, although designed to fly without a pilot, can take a passenger who will only have the possibility of programming his destination without acting on the device.
American Drones :-
The American Go Pro is not left out since it plans to invest
in this market this year. Thanks to the quality of its cameras, it could well
become a serious competitor for the leaders of this market, but will also
certainly allow the latter to develop.
Indeed, the global drone market, estimated today at 6.4
billion dollars, will almost double within ten years. How to explain that this
market is in such expansion and attracts so many investors?
Original Drones :-
Originally, the drone was a military device, but this term is
now used to refer to unmanned or autonomous aircraft, without anyone on board
in principle, and intended for civilian use.
It can thus be used in all kinds of fields: in agriculture to
water crops or spread pesticides, in terms of safety, in transport,
construction and building, but also in terms of recreation. A new trendy
high-tech object, it appeals to both the leisure market and the professional
market, even if the latter is developing less quickly.
Australian Drones :-

For example, in terms of security, Australia has used it to detect the arrival of sharks on its coasts and prevent possible attacks. The United Nations will also, in association with the leader DJI and the manufacturer Ford, test the use of these devices in emergency areas so that they can examine the accessibility of the area, identify if there are any people to be rescued, etc.
Google and Amazon :-
In terms of transport, the web giants Google and Amazon, but
also the distributor Walmart, plan to have their packages delivered by drones
within a few years, and have already started to set up this initiative.
While the appearance and growth of these connected objects
excites crowds, their use needs to be regulated, in particular for security
reasons but also for the protection of privacy.
Indeed, the movement of drones in the airspace must
inevitably be subject to strict rules of use because of the obvious risk of
collisions with other vehicles, especially in the event of over flights of
sensitive areas.
Civil Drones :-

A regulation had been put in place in 2012 in France but it
only concerned the flight of civilian drones for professional use. Two decrees
of December 17, 2015 filled in this legal vacuum concerning the
non-professional use of drones, since they concern both recreational and
competitive flights and flights of a commercial or professional nature:
- the “relative” decree the design of civil aircraft which
circulate without anyone on board, the conditions of their employment and the
required capacities of the persons who use them”;
- The order "relating to the use of airspace by aircraft
traveling without anyone on board".
This new regulation, for example, requires drone users to do
not fly them over people or sensitive sites, at night or in built-up areas.
Final desiccation about Drones :-
Since the drone is a connected object, it is therefore
capable of collecting, storing, analyzing and transmitting personal data or
even identifying and capturing the image of a person, which can result in
monitoring of personal data. Behavior and movements of this person without his
knowledge.
The "design" decree specifies that drone flights
must be carried out in accordance with law n ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978, known
as the "data protection law", which relates to the protection of
personal data and to private life. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation
(DGAC) thus recommends that people filmed by a drone equipped with a camera
must be informed and that any dissemination of their image is not authorized
without their consent.
The issues related to the use of drones are therefore very
real and concern authorities around the world. While France and the United States
have already developed recommendations for users, China has also announced its
intention to regulate the use of these flying devices already authorized to
circulate in the country.
